Lots of concentration....
It actually took us 3 days to finish these. The kids stopped when they were tired and picked them up again whenever they were ready. They each made one for themselves, and then we worked together to make one for Grandma Terri (that was Nora's idea -- we'd just received the birthday package from Grandma T and Nora wanted to send something in return. So don't be too scared when this emissary of the undead arrives in the mail, Grandma T!)
Nora wanted hers to have a belt that said "Mum." And Soren wanted his to have "a red bow tie, and be waving." So there you have it.
